By accessing and using this HRM platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to access and use the platform for personal or business purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated at any time.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Payment information is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Data Collection and Use

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use, data, or profits.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
