Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription payment
  • Service Outage: Pro-rated refund for documented service unavailability exceeding 24 hours
  • Duplicate Charges: Full refund for any accidental duplicate payments
  • Technical Issues: Refund consideration for unresolved technical problems preventing service use

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service
  • Cancellations after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Services already rendered
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

5. Payment Failures

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process it up to 3 times over 7 days. After this period:

  • Your account will be suspended
  • You will receive email notifications about the payment failure
  • You can update payment information to restore service

6. Pro-Rated Refunds

Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on unused days in your billing cycle. They are applicable only in cases of:

  • Service downtime exceeding our SLA commitments
  • Billing errors on our part
  • Exceptional circumstances approved by management

7. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After this period, they are non-refundable but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal for the next year.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, your account will be immediately suspended. Please contact us first to resolve any billing disputes.
